If you're looking to increase your muscle mass, this is the protein you should take. It has an amazing flavor; I love the chocolate one. The quality of this protein is unmatched. It doesn't cause stomach pain, and you can take it at any time of day. I take it after the gym, and my results started to show as soon as two weeks of use. I recommend it 100%.

It mixes well with water, but when I added it to a fruit and milk smoothie, it foamed up and completely ruined the texture—something I never experienced with other brands. The packaging boldly claims a 30% muscle gain in 8 weeks, but the placebo group apparently saw almost 25% growth, making the actual difference pretty minor. Using such marketing tactics feels unnecessary and honestly undermines trust in the brand. Despite that, the product itself is solid and does the job.
