I was quite skeptical prior to buying this product with regard to its claims. Wasn't sure if positive user experiences may have been a result of a placebo effect as opposed to any genuine improvements. My first impression was that the product is very nicely presented. Surprisingly, it has improved my ability to get a good night's rest and that outcome was more immediate than I had anticipated. It has reduced a stange lower back sensation that I often get, which causes me difficulties concentrating. Sensation gives rise to me wanting to move my legs. I take two tablets 20 mins. or so prior to going to bed and that helps me to gain a very good night's rest. My only concern is the cost of the product, which is why nearing the consumption of my second purchase, I decided recently to trial a competitor's.

3 capsules a day has helped with my brain fog. I always make sure I'm stocked up now.

I was suffering from insomnia thanks to peri menopause and these were a complete game changer. Pretty sure they've sharpened my mind a little too as I feel human again (haven't felt like that for years). I take one every night, or 2 if my brain is in overdrive and needs a little extra bit of help to wind down.

I'm a new PhD student in neuroscience. I purchased these after I learned about the importance of magnesium to the spiking mechanism of neurons. This is intrinsic to all processes that involve neurons. Potassium, magnesium, sodium and calcium are the big 4. When I looked further into it, I saw study after study recommending the bioavailable version of magnesium that can cross the blood-brain barrier (astrocytes). Both young and old alike saw significant improvement. It may have been placebo, but when I cautiously took the first two pills, I almost immediately gained a clarity of mind, vision and action that reminded me of childhood boredom. For example, reading a nearby bottle just to extract the information from it. It's been a month I've been regularly taking it (missing some mornings, some evenings), and I've noticed some good benefits, but nothing on the level of the first day. My sleep is a lot better. I'll continue to monitor.

This is a great magnesium and a type that your body use’s easily , I have been buying a few times and will continue to do so. I would recommend this.
