The pen is elegant and pretty. It works like a charm.

I bought this for my 9 year old daughter for her Halloween costume, she was Jane Austen. It went perfectly with an antique looking notebook that I got her as well.

The feather looks really nice, but the pen portion looks pretty cheap. It did work well, but definitely not worth the price.

i used this as part of a costume for a birthday party. not only did it look cute, but the pen wrote beautifully!

Yes this is a novelty item, but if you are getting this to actually write with as I did don't. I used the pen 1 time to sign something and it seemed fine, however upon trying to use it again, it immediately didn't work, the ink is dry, it's really just plastic with a feather, something you can get at a dollar store in maybe even in a pack which would be fine if it was actually a dollar and worked and since it's such a pain by Amazon to return, ID was requested etc...it's a pen not MI5 don't waste your time, just either get a more expensive pen or go to the dollar store at least those will work and it's not a pain to return. I can't speak on the seller itself because it was fulfilled by Amazon. It's a cute idea and it's a pretty feather but it's not worth it, it's kind of scrawny in size and for that one signature I was able to use it for, the ease of writing was great, as I prefer ball point pens to keep my writing neater. I should've just gotten Bic instead of being fancy with a theme. If it's for decor, this will work...just don't expect to be able to actually write with it.
