you have inconsistent info on this posting - is this HEPA filter actually 13x11x1.25 or what is specified on package of 13.5x11.5x3.1 below ??

To answer this question is very simple. In the package their is two filters in the box thus the 3.1 and that would be thickness of the box. I just happen to have a box right in front of me!!

will this work on Alive Air air purifier?

As far as I know it only fit Surround Air Intelli-Pro, but if the measurements are the same it may be worth a shot.

will these work in a newport 9000 cleaner

Although they look the same, the dimensions may be different. You could always contact the manufacturer/distributor to check. That's what I had to do with my old purifier. Hope that helps.
