French style chain
I love how this simple. lovely, French style chain has changed my bathroom! I was so irritated with the old chain I had in there before, and was so happy when this one arrived. It looks better than in the photos

Classic chain toilet pull
As in the house this was meant for, the chain pull was taken by someone (it was ceramic also) we needed a new one and this one looks and works fine.It was sent speedily and arrived in good order.

Not the best quality
It looks better in the picture it’s not great quality chain and I had to refit the pull as it was wonky

Poor quality chain
The pull is weighty and good quality but the chain itself is poor, only as strong as its weakest link. Three days, probably around 20 flushes: broken.
