Game of Thrones Leather Boxed Set Song of Ice and Fire Series

This was so much nicer than i anticipated. I thought it was paperback but it was leather-cloth bound in a very nice case, very pleased and very reasonably priced

I got this for my girlfriend thinking it was normal sized books got them and they were A LOT smaller than I expected. She will have it in her collection but we bought big paperbacks for her to physically read as the print was to small and gave her a headache after a while of reading.

I bought the paperback series years ago then gave it to a friend after reading them. Not sure why I decided to buy them again but I did and went with this leather bound set and they are beautiful!! I won't be giving these away any time soon!

The books are wonderful and a joy to receive! I am looking forward to reading each one of them!

This series is one I’ve been not sure I wanted to read since I know this series is technically not completely but this set is so beautiful and makes me excited to read this series. The only thing you should know is that the writing is not that like if you got a regular paperback book

Strictly collectible item! You won’t be able to read it! And also it’s incomplete! Missing the first book “Fire and Blood “ Don’t get me wrong- I am not complaining! I should’ve known better when I purchased the set for $39 😅

wrapped amazingly, not gonna lie spending so much money had me nervous of what conditions they might arrived. SATISFIED⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ have 0 regrets with this decision. each book was protected and then wrapped the set even more. It was worth every penny

Son hermosos, valen totalmente la pena, llegaron antes de lo establecido y en buen estado y empaquetado. Recomiendo ampliamente aunque si no ves bien deberías elegir algo más grande

Amazing edition

This is a beautiful set. The books are small and the print is tiny so beware if you struggle with small print. These are perfect to travel with as they are smaller than the average book.

Die vorliegende Rezension bezieht sich auf folgenden Artikel: "New Edition Set 1-5 Game of Thrones Series Hardcover Collection Set" Amazon vermischt leider die Rezensionen zu allen möglichen Ausgaben, von denen einige (wie etwa die sogenannte "ledergebundene" Edition absolut nicht empfehlenswert sind. Außerdem stößt man bei einer Suche nicht notwendigerweise auf genau diesen Artikel, den ich hier bewerte. Wenn Sie die o.g. Artikelbezeichnung kopieren und danach suchen, dann finden Sie auch das spezielle Angebot, auf das ich mich beziehe. Ich hatte schon eine ganze Weile nach einer gebundenen Ausgabe aller 5 Bände aus der Game-of-Thrones-Saga gesucht. Man findet in der Regel nur sehr teure Ausgaben zwischen 300 und 1400 Euro, das sind irgendwelche Sonderauflagen für Reiche. Durch Zufall bin ich nun auf diese Edition gestoßen. Die Auflage ist wohl von 2011, und die englische Originalversion. Die Covers sind identisch mit denen der Taschenbuchausgabe, die zur damaligen Zeit auf dem Markt war, und die man für 50 oder 60 Euro bekommt (auf E-Bay ist ein Händler, der sie noch originalverpackt für 25 Euro verkauft). Der Artikel, der hier verkauft wird, ist neu und ungelesen. Die Bücher sind wunderschön. Die Qualität (Papier etc.) ist sehr gut. Das Format ist auch schön groß (24x16 cm). Auch die Schriftgröße ist sehr angenehm und nicht klein oder schwer zu lesen. Ganz am Anfang sind Weltkarten abgedruckt, die auch sehr schön sind. Das ist eine wertige Ausgabe. Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr gut verpackt eine Woche schneller als angekündigt (wird aus dem Ausland geliefert). 130 Euro (26 Euro pro Buch) ist ein guter Preis für das, was man bekommt. Wer die Buchreihe auf englisch und in hervorragender, haltbarer Qualität haben möchte, sollte unbedingt zuschlagen, solange man diese Ausgabe noch bekommt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
