Had to wait longer to get the purple color but it's very attractive. This DVD player works great and both the picture and sound were perfect. I wear hearing aids and was worried about the volume being loud enough. But no worries about that. This is a quality item and you will love it.

After using this product for a nearly a week, I'm mostly satisfied. Plays the DVDs through with ease, clear picture, and decent sound. The big screen is very much appreciated; I don't feel like I'm sacrificing enjoyment during my viewing experience that might otherwise be lost by watching a movie on a smaller screen. Now, the nitpicks: for the first few discs, there was a slight ticking sound while the DVD played. It was a little distracting, but seems to have gone away...knock on wood. Oddly, there doesn't appear to be a Play/Pause button on the device itself. There is a Stop button, but in order to resume, you'll need to use the remote control (which takes two AAA batteries, not included). An easy workaround, but still strange. As for the remote itself, it works, but you need to be quite deliberate when pressing the buttons. All in all, I'm pleased, and hopefully it lasts!

I bought this dvd player to watch movies on before going to bed. About a month before the warranty went out it stopped working. It would not read discs, or it would just stop after playing a few minutes. I contacted the seller, they gave me things to try to get it working again, but nothing worked. They then offered to send me a new one. Which i really needed. They sent a new one and it arrived faster then they told me it would. They not only handeled it in a timely manner, they were very nice and helpfull. I will be doing business with them again and i recommend everyone do the same. It is a great product from a great company. I would give them ten stars if i could!!

So far it is great . Picture quality is suburb and has a large screen . I don't use it but what I see everyone is happy . Great product User friendly nice on the eyes

Can’t hear any. of the sound. Unfortunately, I continued to attempt to get it to work. . . Could never use it. A big error on.my part. . . Be careful and cautious when trusting this product. . .

Love it . Love using it for my old dvd movies

This DVD player is bigger but lighter than any of our laptops at home. Super lightweight! We got rid of our standard DVD player and the other portables we have are all the little versions that were perfect for our kids when they were little. My current laptop doesn't have a disc player, which is a bummer because that's how I played workout discs. But this DVD player covers that need beautifully, It holds a charge readily and I love the remote (though it also can power on one TV in our house when I hit play. LOL!). The screen swivels, which is helpful for when I am repositioning on the floor or nearer my weight rack; I can shift the screen versus moving the whole device. The picture quality isn't sharp like our HD TVs, but neither is the price of this DVD player (and, too, I don't need such definition for it's use). The picture quality is adequate to me--and the other pluses make this a bang-for-my-buck purchase.
