I ordered this for my daughter. The product came in a box with bubble wrap. When I opened the palette the bottom left color (one of the ones I need) was completely broken and scattered across the other colors. Had to reorder hoping the second one comes in one piece.

Disappointed ☹️

I have another color palette from this line and love it. Pigmentation is great so when I saw this I thought it would be like the first one. Wrong, it drizzles under your eyes and on your cheeks when applied but it’s not the same as the first one.

I really like the color accuracy of the original palette that we had, my daughter had broke her sisters so this was a replacement. It hasn't nice quality and ease of applications. Big size. Considering this palette cost over $60 at Ulta this was a great value for the money. I am pleased, and it resolved an argument.
