I like that these tabs are smaller and easier to swallow. Other brands of 50 mg are much larger.

Unfortunate allergy
I had taken the same dosage of b2 from a different brand but thought I'd try this because of the especially small size. Unfortunately there is something in this that I had an allergic reaction to. It was a weird bumpy rash on my face, no redness or itching, but obviously bothersome. There were only 2 things new in any of my routines when this happened so I stopped them both and waited 2 weeks. When trying this again, in just one day a rash started to appear. So it was definitely the culprit.
