The Velcro is strong, and the straps are easy to tighten. Joining multiple straps together if needed is also easy.

I've posted a photo of how I utilize the 36" x 2" straps. I have an uncomfortable kitchen chair. It kills my back so I tried to use an orthopedic type of back support on the chair. The back support has a horizontal band that holds it to the chair but the back support wants to slide down to the seat making it too low on my back to work properly. By using these two 36" adjustable straps I am able to support the back support at exactly the correct height. My wife uses the 27" x 1" straps to hold ice packs in place when she ices her knee after workouts. She too is very pleased with the utility of these straps.

A good utility strap. Not heavy-duty for use in lifting heavy loads or things like that. More for securing rolled things for bundles. One negative, a big one in my estimation: the hook part of the Velcro is only a few inches along the very tip of the strap. I’m not sure I would trust to secure things like a mattress where the wrapped object exerts considerable pressure. Okay for everyday light to moderate use, though, and a solid replacement for bungee cords in many instances. Jerry

I bought a Craftsman tool set with a nice, pre-formed plastic case back in 1989. Those tools have served me very well over the years. The case they came in had 2 plastic clasps. Over the years, one broke off and the other one finally came off, too. So my nice little case has been a pain in the butt, the tools falling out and going everywhere. This velcro strap took care of the problem. It fits around the case, through the handle and keeps the case securely closed. The 2nd strap is in the saddle bag of my motorbike. I would definitely buy these again.

Great strap, perfect for holding any type of case together. Using to strap my socket set closed, two plastic latches broke off long ago. Also good value for 2 straps.

The strap was adequate for what I needed it for. The Velcro itself is very strong. My one nitpick is that the strap material seems cheap, plasticky and rough. I was expecting more of a strong cloth material but it seems to be a polyester. Also, I do not know what they are calling a handle because this strap simply has the coarse hook portion if the Velcro for about 4 inches on one end, then the remainder of that side of the strap is the soft portion of the Velcro and has a ring on the other end for the strap to feed through and double back. The back side is just the poly strapping material.

We use Velcro for all kinds of things, right? I'm using a 36" x 2" strap to hold a Jump Start MT10004 Heat Mat in place on my Northern Brewer 2-Gallon Glass Kombucha Container . Pros: - Typical Velcro quality. Strong holding power. - The container circumference is 23.5". The strap overlaps on itself about 10". Thus, the company's estimates on what circumference the strap will cover is accurate. - The 2-inch width does a nice job of holding as much of the heating mat as possibly directly next to the glass for good heat transfer. Cons: - None yet.

Works great for securing/compressing/ heavy cinching for camping mattresses, tent, to prevent from unraveling while stuffing into sack. Its also “Velcro” and not generic hook and loop.

These straps are well made, have a good velcro contact. They hold a heavy 12V battery in position over large bumps with no movement. They couldn't be better. If you need this size, get these ones for sure.

Bought to wrap around my solar blanket when its not in use. Works perfectly as it is a good wide strap to disperse the weight and long enough to easily wrap around. Will be used outside all summer so durability will be known at end of the year. At this point would recommend and buy again

The velcro grips and the plastic loops are strong however the weight of the material is light. I ended up sewing a thicker layer of fabric on the back of the velcro to add more strength.
