Excellent Price Great Quality this brand keeps my wallet fat but not my waist
I am addicted to the little Brazilian cheese bread bites you get at Brazilian Steakhouses. I bought this awhile back and am just now finishing it up. I just put my 2nd purchase in my Amazon shopping cart and thought I need to do my review. Packaging is thick and well lined has kept my product fresh for almost a year. I have made perfect little balls of deliciousness.

This flour is very good.I gave it 4* because if I have to invite celiac friends to enjoy something delicious, I wouldn't be able to.Since it is not gluten-free because it is processed together with wheat. It means there is cross contamination.It would be the same if a celiac patient consumed wheat.You have to be very careful.
