After a month of being on St John’s wart and I can confidently say I feel lighter and less depressed without extra side effects. Love this stuff!

I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress and what feels like "hwa-byung" (a Korean term for suppressed anger or stress). Around the time of my PMS, I struggle to control my anger, so I started looking for supplements that might help. I initially tried a different brand, but it gave me side effects like hand tremors, dizziness, and headaches. Fortunately, I didn’t experience those symptoms with this product. It’s been about three weeks now. I take it twice a day once in the morning and once in the afternoon, before I feel any anger rising. I can’t tell for sure yet if it’s working, but maybe it's just psychological I do feel a bit calmer after taking it. I plan to continue using it a bit longer to see if it makes a real difference.

It could just be a placebo but as long as I belive it works - it does. I am not on any medications but I know it has interactions with some so be aware before you take it if you are on like permanent medications or ask your doctor
