Good Construction & Adjustability
The three bands I purchased are yellow-green and currently they are orange. Either color will be very visible in the daytime along with the reflective stripes, which is what you want! They can be adjusted to fit a circumference of 6" to 13" and 15" with some stretching. I use these for cycling along with a bright flashing tail light that is visible in the daytime. There has been a noticeable increase in distracted driving due to cell phone use, which increases the need for better visibility when walking, running, or cycling. It's no guarantee that distracted drivers will see you, but it should help! Be smart, be safe, and God bless! These do what they say: reflect light when running (or whatever) in the dark. However, they are pretty small- I am petite female and they barely fit around my bicep. I tried connecting 2, but then it's bulky. They fit well around my ankle. They absolutely would not fit around my husband's ankle or upper arm (unless it's pretty tight and uncomfortable). The edges of these are also not comfortable. The corners are sharp and snag your shirt while running. The first time I ran with it on my ankle, I had a bad chafe from the edge of the band. They do fine if you are wearing them over clothing during cooler weather (except the snagging part). But if it's hot, having a tight, stiff band with rigid edges on your bare skin is not going to feel nice!

They work
They seem to work well enough. no complaints. The reflective strips pick up light well. I like to walk after it's dark to avoid the worst of the heat, and these help me stay visible.

Very visible, easy to use and you get 6! I can keep some for emergency use when I forget one, they are easy to store.I commute to work daily on my bike, these are excellent. I could not find any in orange in retail outlets.
