We have a favorite restaurant that serves Greek cuisine. The olive oil they serve for dipping is to die for, a lovely pale green. I've looked all over and think I've found it. That pale green and when I drank it (yes, I drank it), it was just what I wanted. This has a beautiful balance for breads and salads (altho, personally, I wouldn't use it for cooking, it's far too fine for that). My only issue is that it was a bit of a challenge figuring out how to open the can. But that's probably on me, sometimes I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I think this will become a pantry staple.

it is really good oil, but i do not think so it is unfiltered. it is not cloudy as it should be (unfiltered) it is very clear greenish color. but over all it test really good.

I'm very pleased wonderful flavor and SOooooo Much better than some others I have tried !Very happy and as a matter of fact I'm going to be ordering more again !I'm sure all of you have tried Olives oils that taste rancid in the past or don't even know if that's all you have ever had! But this Ellora Farms Olive oil I bought (Award Winning Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Koroneiki Variety Cold Extracted Single Origin & Traceable 500 ml (16.9 ) I tried was wonderful and I will continue to buy and use it!!! The product arrived promptly, on 3/21, but it expired in January 2025. There is a no return policy on this item. As I purchased this item to maintain good health, I am highly disappointed that a low quality item was sold to me.

I have tried a few other organic olive oils, Ellora Farms is the best that I've tried. I have purchased only this olive oil since I first tasted in in early 2018 (never went with any other since). I use it on salads, with avocado, and all meats and seafood (after cooked). Ellora's enhances the flavor of everything I use it on. It is packaged in .5 liter metal container that protects from light and can be consumed before it loses flavor. Ellora's is not the lowest priced organic olive oil (per ml or ounce), but is best buy given the health and flavor value of this olive oil.

Product is good; packaging not. Hard to pour without it running all over and impossible to keepyour hands and kitchen counter free of oil.

Delicious and unique! I used to buy Olive oil in the store but found the quality lacking. This is a real treat! The lid is a bit tricky. You sort of have to grip it by one end and carefully pull it up to reveal the opening.

Our first foray into "top quality olive oils".....What a difference compared to grocery store brands. We've tried all the kind in the groceries and they are nothing special (our experience). However....this one from Ellora Farms is to die for. I've been using it on salads, and also with home made sage bisquits (made with Emmer flour from Bluebird farms in Winthrop, WA....a must for healthy non-gmo wheat). So far it is so fruity and delicious! Also will be trying it with pasta soon!
