Having owned a restaurant and bar, I've always liked using the glass from a Boston Shaker as a glass for iced tea and other beverages. These glasses deliver. They are sturdy and very stylish. They arrived quicker than stated and even though the dozen glasses were packed well, 2 glasses had a chip on the rim. One note to the company was all it took. Less than a week later I received 2 new glasses in the mail. Excellent customer service for a great product.

This is a nice, quality set of drinking glasses. The design is simple and modern, and there are plenty of them in this package! I really like how thick the glass is. We have an ice dispenser in our fridge, and I have broken SO MANY glasses over the years just from the ice cubes hitting the glasses too hard on the way out. I don’t have to worry about that with these. I am sure they can withstand that force, no problem. These came very well packaged, and there was no breakage at all. Every glass is pristine. Perfect for barware or place seating!

I received a case of these glasses, and quickly returned them before using them. Not only were a few of them broken, but they were also badly flawed. I actually don't blame the breakage on poor packaging, rather I believe it to be careless handling after leaving Amazon. Anyway, these glasses are made in Mexico. The reason I mention that is I absolutely love Mexican glassware that has all of the wonderful flaws that show it is handmade. You're probably familiar with the type, often with a blue rim at the top or a confetti of recycled glass. Both are gorgeous. That being said, I don't think the flaws in these glasses is intentional or because of being handcrafted. Most of them at the top have the same sort of crinkling that some clear plastic or acrylic glasses get after being in the dishwasher. I tried to take a photo. Although the second box arrived without one single glass broken, some, not all, of the glasses had the same flaws. A big plus for me was the fact that they were stackable. In my opinion, I don't think I would stack more than three, and you have to be careful because sometimes they get stuck to each other. A dip in cool water and they release right away as the glass contracts. I will also say that I'm a big fan of this company, when it became chic to use white restaurant wear that was upscale and had interesting shapes, Fortessa was on the forefront. I have many of those beautiful and well made pieces. This might be just a fluke of the pattern, since I still believe that the company puts out high quality dishware and glassware that is sturdy enough to withstand a restaurant use.
