Awesome Cable For The Price
This is a great cable, particularly for the price. I have been buying audiophile cables for nearly 50 years, some many times the price of this cable, and took a chance on buying this one to power the linear power supply I bought for my internet modem no less. So when the cable arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find it is very well-built, being thick and heavy with jewel-like connectors. The best thing of all is that it competes sonically with far more expensive known audiophile cables, making a significant difference in sound when powering the LPS on my modem compared to other cables including the cheap stock cable and some medium-priced audiophile cables. This I did not expect. If you want a nice-looking, well-built, and effective power cable to power something in your audiophile system you should consider this thrifty cable.

Great Upgrade.
Replaced the anemic OEM power cables on my A/V system components with these. They are on the power amplifier and subwoofers. The difference was immediately apparent. Deeper, stronger and better controlled bass. Power amp sounds more relaxed. Built with high quality parts and excellent build quality. All in all a great, low cost audio improvement. Well worth every penny.Very highly recommend.

GREAT POWER CORD FOR A SUPER LOW PRICE BETTER THAN MOST AUDIOQUEST POWER CORDS
Premium power cords, these are the ticket for any big amp or sub. I put them on all my powered subs and also my new Purifi mono amps. They look great too. Other companies are charging about $450 for this same rig in a different jacket.

Quality Cable
The Audiophile Hifi power cable (2m length) is well-made. It similar in thickness to a water hose and is very stiff. Due to the thickness of the gauge of wire (10), it's also heavy as compared to a regular 14-16g cable that comes with typicall with equipment. The receptacle end of the cable has a very tight fit into a three-pong electrical wall receptacle. The other end also has a tight fit into my amplifier. The amplifier end is a tad long, and it doesn't mate flush with the amplifier, so it sticks out about a quarter inch. The weight of the cable makes it sag a little, but the plug has stayed in-place. In terms of whether it improves the sound quality of my system is still under review. The background of music does seem more black (quieter) as compared to my DIY cable (10g) and it seems to improve the more I play it (break-in?). Overall, it's a well-made/nice-looking cable with potential (sound quality improvement) and is inexpensive, especially with the discounts on the Amazon site. The fit of the cable is the only sore spot, and maybe a deal breaker for some people, but it's a keeper for me, as I can make a small block to support/eliminate the small sag. So, far it has not disconnected from my amplifier due to its weight, hopefully not a problem. A star deducted for fit, rated 4-stars.

Among many of these audiophile AC cords, this one actually made a difference for me...
Look my fellow audio homies, I'll admit it - I love add-ons whether they be cables, op-amps, or AC cords. Call it OCD or what, it happens to me all the time and suffice it to say, I'm betting that many of you fall within that same category of OCD afflicted audio enthusiasts. In highlighting AC cords, I've spent up to $250 for one cord in the past, looking for even the slightest improvements in sound reproduction. Often-times, the differences were negligible (or none at all), and then you're left to cursing at yourselves for having blown that money. And many of them, in particular some of these Asian-made ones, are quite large in size, in particular the plug ends. When I saw this particular 10 AWG plug, I was intrigued but initially discounted it, assuming that it was just another one of those relatively inexpensive Asian-made imports. But after a few weeks, I came back to this one and decided to give it a try (yeah, I know, there's that OCD kickin' in !!!)As a common sense reminder, all reviews and comments about audio gear (or anything else for that matter) tend to be subjective, so here goes. When the cord arrived, I was very, very impressed with both the appearance and build quality of this model. It didn't look cheap or overdone. In fact, this was one of the most attractive looking AC cords that I've laid my eyes on. Yes, the cord portion is quite thick and quite durable feeling and the plug ends are wide, yet very tightly connected to the cord itself (no loose ends here). They insert easily into the various amplifiers I have, including some relatively inexpensive Chinese made class D amplifier models.Sound-wise, I initially wasn't expecting much. I figured, well at least here is a beautiful looking cord that will make my system look great (which it did). But then something happened, I actually heard (subjective, I know) a difference in my sound - that is, the audio qualities seemed a tad more open, the dynamics were tighter, and there was an increased sense of air around my music. Sounds like the audiophile qualities we all look for, right?Like I always do, I allow everything to sink in and continue to listen before I comment further, because in some cases, our initial perceptions tend to be wrong (due to the new-gear effect) because we may have imagined particular changes. But not so with this particular cable. My initial perceptions were borne out with time - several weeks of listening - before I solidified those perceptions. Now does the sound reproduction represent a night and day difference over what you may have had before? Well, no...nothing will! As an aside, I've been an audiophile for over 55 years now, and I can discern small differences, no matter how good or bad they may be. For the price you pay for this cord, you are getting a wonderfully made (and looking) piece of audio gear, and it actually can make a positive difference (no matter how small or large, depending on your system). So yes, for the price, I gave it 5 stars and since that time have actually ordered two more (at different lengths).

Supermodel cable
Easily the prettiest cable in my system. Only thing that sucks is you can't show them off (except for my sub ones). I cannot get over how pretty these are. I can't speak on sound (it's a power cable after all), but I would buy these again just for looks and how they're packaged. Never thought I would gush over a cable's looks much less a power cable, but here we are: me calling them the supermodel of cables...Might get one for my computer too. I still can't beleive I'm even writing this review...Haha.

Don’t believe the hype
Plugs are tight and sound quality no better than cheap cords that came with my equipment. In comparison the Viborg that sell for 150 make a real difference on my stereo. Improved clarity, seperation, width of stage, etc.

Great upgrade for my subwoofer.
I purchased this for my SVS subwoofer and it was an instant inexpensive upgrade. The slam and authority it was missing at low volume was there without the sound getting muddy or boomy. I had a smile ear to ear and when I cranked it I was like damn this 12 inch sub sounds bigger lol. It’s well made built like a tank my only complaint is that it could be a little more flexible. I’ll be buying several more for my other subwoofers.
