I love it. I’m having a little trouble with a powdery mildew on the outside. The water stays cold.

There is a Village Decor logo with a trademark symbol engraved into the pot in a visible location. This was not pictured in the product images. It totally conflicts with the feeling of a down to earth clay pot :/Also, this came with no instructions on how to install the tap. I looked online and found a video from Village Decor, but it was quite brief and offered no suggestions on how to really get it on there tight. I'm left with a flimsy tap that I'm afraid will loosen over time as I use it.Otherwise, it came packed well, no cracks or anything, and the pot looks beautiful. Time will tell how practical this pot is, and hopefully I'll be able to sand away the ugly logo, or something.

The water is perfect and eco friendly. Before use, it has to completely emerged in water for 24hrs & washed. Then the outside of the dispenser has to be wiped down to remove all the impurities being pulled from the water about once a week or as needed. What is left is clean tasting water. It does need to be be slightly raised as it gives gives the appearance of leaking, its not broken. This is a natural occurrence of the clay. I prefer a trivet with room for a coaster underneath that allows the water to be captured evaporate. It’s very low maintenance but so worth it. We keep it by our parents bedside for water in the middle of the night. Much safer than having my elderly parents go to the kitchen in the dark with their walker and risk a fall.

I had to return another clay pot due to too much leakage and ordered this one with tap.I am still testing it. I began to notice slight leakage few days ago.I pray it does not leak excessively like the former one .

It's so cute and very good quality and water stays cool.

Naturally purifies our water while keeping it cool. Some mold tends to grow on the outside of the pitcher, but that is to be expected. It usually will just wipe away with a damp cloth. When we need to give it a deep clean we just scrub it with a coconut brush and it is good as new!
