I had been using another brand heated mask for some time but needed to buy 3 masks over a period of about a year. They worked OK until they suddenly stopped working and the manufacturer refused to honor the warranty. Luckily I found this brand heated mask and have been very happy with it. It is very comfortable, heats quick and lasted quite a while so far. I use heated masks to help me fall asleep. I use it on low so it is just comfortably warm but it can get quite warm on high if that is what you need. Definitely recommend this one.

This heated eye mask is a game changer! It heats up quickly and feels so soothing on tired eyes. I’ve been using it before bed and it really helps me relax and unwind. The material is super soft and comfortable. Great for headaches, stress relief, or just a little self-care. Highly recommend!

Just the right amount of heat! The compression is relaxing. I bought this initially because I had a painful stye, not only did it make it feel incredibly better, it helped with tension I hadn’t even realized I had. The material is soft and comfortable. It heats quickly and works great.

Mask works great. Very comfortable and it plugs in outside the mask. My last mask broke internally because the cord detached inside it. I didn’t have the patience to open up the mask and fix it. The only downside to this mask is it still smells faintly of lavender. It’s supposed to be scent free. For those people who are very sensitive to smells, this may not be the mask for you. I believe it absorbed some of the lavender smell from having being placed too closely to the other scented masks in the shipping box.

I ordered this heated eye mask to deal with blocked tear ducts per the suggestion of my doctor.The 2 star rating is because I really like the mask but as you will see below, the automatic timer on the mask is defective.I ordered this mask because it had good reviews regarding softness, fit, and soothing heat. There were some reviews suggesting poor reliability. I chose to ignore these.When I used the mask, it was indeed soft, the fit was good, and the heating worked great.I really like this mask.However, when I used my iPhone to test the timer on the mask, I found that when I set the timer on the mask for "15 min", it shut off at 10 min. I then set the timer for "30 min" and it shut off at 10 min. The timer on the mask didn't even last for 2 uses.As I really like the mask, I will give the manufacturer of the devise the benefit of the doubt and let them send me a replacement. If the replacement works, then the first mask was defective.If you are thinking of buying this mask, I suggest you really think about your purchase.I will update this review after I receive the replacement.UPDATE: I am giving it 1 star!I received the replacement mask within a day.When I plugged in the mask and set the timer for 15 minutes, the timer shut down after 12 minutes. I was timing it using my cell phone.I was disappointed but I thought I would give the mask a second chance so I waited a day and set the timer for 30 minutes. It shut off in 14 minutes.I am returning the mask because I do not trust that the timer will last. While I can live with the 14 minutes of heat, my concern is that the timer is defective and it is highly likely that it will stop working very quickly.It is amazing to me that this company put effort into designing a comfortable mask that does apply comforting heat to the eyes but chose to attach the mask to a cheap worthless timing devise. If the timer doesn't work, the very nice mask is useless.Oh. by the way, I never experienced the lavender scent which was ok as I didn't want it any way.My recommendation is that you do not buy this mask because you cannot count on it being reliable.

I have a few of the regular masks that you warm up in the microwave and I thought I was okay with those. But then I discovered this gem and use it every single day! The thing I like the most is that it doesn’t cool off after a few minutes. It has a timer for 15,30,45 or 60 minutes and a heat preference of low, medium or high. My preferred setting is 60 or 45 min at high. I did notice that it takes a few minutes to warm up though. Whenever I turn it on I let it sit for at least five minutes before putting it on. It comes with an elastic band so it stays in place comfortably even if you turn sideways. I usually fall asleep before the timer shuts down and just take off the mask in the middle of the night. My eyes feel pampered and relaxed in the morning. The material is silky and smooth without any funny smells. The power cord is long enough, not too short like the standard cell phone chargers where you practically have to be in really close proximity.This is a great product. It’s like a deluxe spa treatment for eyes at a very reasonable price. It does not disappoint!

It feels wonderful, and really helps my dry eyes. I find it easier to use than microwavable masks. It stays hot longer than microwave masks. The cover easily removes and is washable.

This electric heating eye mask arrived today and worked flawlessly. I set it on High and within one minute it heated to maximum temperature, which I would not want any hotter; I think that it might be a little bit too hot to leave it on for sleeping, since the entire mask gets hot, even over the eyeballs up to the brow and under lower eyelid area. I set the timer to 30 minutes and it turned off fine. It goes up to 60 minutes. I did not try the low or medium settings because I got used to the High heat setting since I was using it for a stye on the eyelid. The cover is of good quality material and seals nicely with velcro, which can be removed to wash the cover. The elastic band is also good, well stitched to cover, and has two adjusting buckles. I was surprised and glad that this worked so well because of its lower price range, and the fact that I read reviews of other products which reported uneven heating and failing timers. I do recommend this Ezona heating mask and will consider purchasing for gifts. I just received it today, so I can't coment on longevity, but I suspect it'll last because of the quality observed.
