This hamburger bun mold is fantastic! It makes the most perfect buns. It is flimsy, but manageable. I researched a lot of molds on amazon and decided on this one. So glad I did. I greased each cavity with lard and all my buns popped out perfect. Highly recommend.

Super efficace

I’ve just received this and I made buns with my favourite bread recipe. They were delicious but it didn’t occur to me to line the bottom of the cups with parchment paper. The batter seeped through the holes so I had to cut and pull them out. I didn’t spray the cups and the sides came out with no difficulty. I’ll know better the next time. The nice thing about using this is that you can make some plain and you can add fruit and nuts to others.Update - I’ve just realized that the reason the batter seeped through is because my recipe is a non knead one so I spoon it into the cups.
