Great earbuds for the price
I gave them to my nephew as a present and she liked them.

Good for the price, but used
Well these things had ear wax in them from their previous user.... but they work just as good as my last pair i bought new. I mean for 50 bucks what would you really expect?

I think think they are great minehave been working as I would expect them too. I see some other people have complaints about the volume control not available on the earbuds themselves, well you need to download theJBL app and obviously connect/ pair the earbuds and you can custom modify many of the control options too include the volume control on the earbuds themselves selves. Pretty much set the taps on the earbuds to control the volume as well as the noise canceling, etc. Hope this helps those that were unaware of the JBL app.

Not good to buy
* I ordered black earbuds and got sent white one'sI would not recommend to buy these very poor volume and noise cancelation does not work i also downloaded the app and still did not work.. I do recommend buying the JBL ghost edition these work very nice and have nice bass if you like the sound and I can't hear anything with these.

Defected had to send back
Item arrived defective would not charge. Had to send back.Refunded my money

3hours battery after one year
After one and a half years these earplugs got a much weaker battery. Fully charged and listening to music for 2,5 hours and no battery. The sound is very good and noice canceling too. That's perfect.But I will buy a different one next time since the battery life is a deal breaker.

Battery life
The battery life on the buds are short. My old JBL's I could listen for 8 hours before recharging them. These I get about 5 hours.

Ear Buds
Only 1 works I know it was refurbed but I paid for the product banking on Amazons selling Quality Products truly disappointed! Fix my problem! Need to send them back for another set or my money back!!
