Useful little kit to clean ears when too much wax buildup is felt.
I sometimes notice after a hot shower I get some softened ear was that comes out easy with a Q tip or cleaning tool. Since I keep them clean, I know that wax must be coming from where the tools don't normally reach well. The water softens in up and it can be removed. Given that I suspect there is more and tried out this. The silicone tools (four of the same), have a well-articulated raking end. The other end is for scraping and scooping. Both works well. The tools are mostly reusable and wash off easily. If this is for a family it might have been nice to make them in different colors, but that is fixed with tape easy. The stuff does work well I was able to get some nasty looking chunks of partially impacted wax removed. Better to get now than risk infection. My mother got them all the time from not properly cleaning her hearing aids and wearing headphones to watch the TV in bed. Last time I got one I had a severe enough impact I went to one of those quicky ERs to get it fixed. They didn't do a good job, could probably have used this, but ultimately, I figured it was a yeast infection because it smelled like bread, and looked up some home remedies. Must have been a low grade of doctor at that clinic, the yeast smell was definitely present, and they prescribed me an oral antibiotic. I read up on the web and cured it with diluted vinegar in a couple days when the antibiotic did nothing in 5 days. This works well for cleaning so it's a good product. Recommended.

Takes some time on dry wax
I have 3 kids, only one of which has normal wax that's easy to clean. The other two have the dry wax that has to be softened and removed, otherwise we have some unpleasant trips to the pediatrician. Usually I use a wax softener from the drug store, but I thought I'd try this one. I'm pleased to report that it does work! It took about a week of daily maintenance, the little spoon that's included is nifty, and easy to clean. This is definitely just as good as the brand I normally use, will definitely be keeping it in the rotation.

Streamlined kit, very simple & easy to use. Just use common sense inserting anything anywhere.
My husband struggles with thick, obstructive ear wax. Unfortunately, he doesn't stay on top of the problem, so he has to go see his PCP frequently to have his ears rinsed out. I have tried so many times to get him to regularly use so many different products, but he won't stick with any of them. This kit by Clinere might be a different story, though. He has actually been using this every day, perhaps because it's so easy. Most ear cleaning kits are messy and often require another adult to help. But he's been using this kit himself (even without prodding or cajoling from me!), putting the drops in for a few days before trying to remove any of the wax with one of the four tools that come with it. Each tool has a 'finned' end which is intended to help remove dry, flaky dead skin and debris along the inside of the ear, while the spoon end is used to actually scoop out softened earwax. My husband prefers the spoon end, and he says it definitely took several days of using the drops before they started to help. To my surprise, he really likes this kit, and I'm just thrilled he's actually using it! Of course, exercise caution while sticking *anything* in or near your ears, but if you struggle like my husband does, this is a very affordable kit that has helped him a lot, and it might be worth a try for you, too.

Plastic scoop does not live up to expectations

Easy to use. Great way to clean ears!
This is a great and easy way to clean your ears! I usually use q-tips gently in my ear, and haven't had a huge problem with it, but have been told that using those is not a good way to do it as it just pushes it further down. I tend to get itchy ears at times too, and have been looking for a different method of cleaning my ears out.I like how gentle this is, and how safe it is. This works so great to break up the wax in your ear! I like that it has two different ends to it as well, and you can use the scoop end, and the fin end to relieve your wax buildup and itchy ears. Such an easy product to use, and makes me feel like I'm taking better care of my ears!
