I don’t know how I ever lived without magnesium! My massage therapist friend recommended this magnesium to me and she was not wrong. It’s amazing! I mix with lotion and rub in my legs at night before bed and I’ve never slept better. I have multiple bottles of this stuff because when I travel I end up giving my bottle away to people who ask about it. I love this stuff!! Tip: you can apply just the magnesium directly to your skin. I don’t love the feeling of the spray only on my skin - it feels a little tacky. It can also sting if you’re just shaved your legs. But I have very sensitive skin so maybe that’s just me. Mixing with lotion eliminates the tacky feeling and stinging.

This magnesium oil spray has become part of my nightly routine and has noticeably helped with sleep quality and relaxation. I bought this for my mom. She uses the sprays when her knees are achy. My mom said that this magnesium oil has really given her relief from pain and she loves the spray.

I definitely have mixed feelings about this product. I absolutely love the health benefits of this and with in seconds of applying this, I feel very relaxed and calm. I love to use it on sore muscles or on an achy back. It is also great to use during pregnancy as it eases the pain of achy joints. The only thing I do not like is that if you have any kind of cut or scratch it stings like all get out. Also, I developed a red itchy rash the next day after I've used this. The rash lasts for days and is very uncomfortable. I don't know if I'm having an allergic reaction to or maybe my skin is just supersensitive. Either way, I say give it a shot because the health benefits are great. I still do use this every now and then because it really helps soothe aching muscles but I wash it off shortly after and attempts to keep the rash at bay. Has my review been of help to you? “Normal to experience a tingling sensation upon initial use.” How about an actual BLAZING INFERNO on my body?? When I first started using this product, I could only tolerate 1-2 sprays, and then I would literally rock myself in tears for 15 minutes until I could wipe it off. I heard that the more magnesium deficient you are, the more this stuff burns when you first start using it. I’ve had pretty significant health issues for a decade + and oral magnesium does nothing for me. But I was never prepared for just HOW bad it would burn, like a literal fire. I was able to gradually work my way up to 8-10 sprays after a few months, and now almost 9 months later and the entire bottle used, I don’t experience any tingling or pain at all. I am sleeping deeper and definitely feel the effects of finally having enough magnesium in my body. We don’t get enough in our modern diet because of depleted soil and foods. **Tips for usage: DO NOT use on your legs after shaving, no matter how much you get used to the product. It will always burn like heck on freshly shaved skin. The stomach is the best area I’ve found. This product is naturally sticky/powdery feeling after application and might absorb into clothing, so be aware. I usually wear an old t-shirt to bed and use it just before I sleep, but you can also wipe it off after 15 minutes of absorption. Overall, give it time if it burns for you. It will get better. The more deficient you are the more you’ll feel the fire. But this is the best absorbing magnesium I’ve ever found and used!

I bought this oil for my aged Uncle who in his eighties had somehow damaged both knees and could barely walk. I told him how to apply this oil and what to expect. He was a bit sceptical at first but weeks later he has improved so much - and at the same time feels better than he has in years!! His pain all over, but primarily at the site of application i.e. his knees, is much dimished and he is more energetic and happier than he has been in years. Those of you who know of the Magnesium deficiencies we all suffer and what it is that Magnesium does for the body, can fully appreciate how it is that he feel so much better (touching wood so as not to tempt a relapse!). His only complaint being that the oil can be a bit sticky - but after 30 minutse it can be washed off if required having done most of its absorbtion in this time. However despite the stickiness it does not stain clothes so it can be used with confidence. I would thoroughly recommend this oil to anyone in any physical pain (or who just wants to improve how energetic they feel). You will not believe how well it works. I just have to get my Uncle to take sodium bicarbonate and Nascent Iodine daily now - then he would feel amazing! He is already on high doses of Vit D3 *(Thanks to Jeff T Bowles - you must read his e-book) and it all seems to be doing what it should. I think this just goes to show it is never to late to improve your way of life and how you feel. So go ahead and try it! This product does what magnesium oil is supposed to do. The stinging, and itching is a good sign. It means there is a good amount of magnesium in the product. To anyone complaining about the texture, suck it up, this stuff is good for you, sure it feels odd, but its tolerable, and worth the benefits. To anyone who says it didn't help you sleep, you are not using enough. The first time I used this, I applied 3 sprays (in each spot) to my underarms, my chest, abs, and thighs. I laid down during the day, and I passed the F out. I slept for at least an hour, and when I woke up I felt like I was drugged. My body needed it. It was only that intense the first time I used it. I use it every night before bed, I usually feel more relaxed, and sleepy after using it.
