Q: Do you microwave on high setting?

Yes, microwave on high setting will be quicker. In that case, flip the wrap after a minute or so to prevent the hot spot from forming. Also make sure it can turn while the microwave is on. Our own workers have been using these wraps we make 5 times a day, 5 days a week. If the wrap was not burnt, it can last a year or two. That comes down to a few cents per enjoyment! I hope yours can last as long as it could. The longer you use it, the cheaper it gets! Thanks, Sharon

Q: How long does this stay warm for?

it stays warm for awhile, its my go to for bedtime. I heat it up and go to bed with it as my neck is usually hurting. I fall asleep with it and wake up later so its really hard to give a time estimate, but I love it and can;t go to sleep without it, its my own little blinky.

Q: Does it have Velcro or something to hold it in place?

No you just wrap it around like a scarf
