My wife got this for me. I wanted a rash guard for our snorkeling trips. I'm 6 feet and 180 pounds and generally most comfortable in a Medium shirt. I understand that these tops are designed to be skin tight so I tried a Large first. It was just too tight for me, especially in the shoulders/armpits. The XL fits just how I want. More freedom in the shoulder, snug but not tight in the torso and chest. The length in the sleeves and at the waist is good - long enough to cover when arms are stretched out and up. For 20 bucks this is a very well-made item. Love the design and color (I got the yellow one with the fish on the arm). Should be easy for boats to see me. Looks and feels great! Can't wait to get in the water.

The quality of this is superior (with regards to rash guards on Amazon) and did not disappoint in any way, the print was sharp, the design was thought out and the fit was just right. 👌 I'm an athletic large and ordered large. (I also ordered a size medium for my wife, who wears a women's large and it was a good fit.)

Size chart for this top was correct and the fit is good (I'm 6ft and 88kg). Had 5 BJJ sessions in it now and it has no problems. But if your ordering their matching shorts, consider this - I ordered the matching shorts, according to their size charts I'm an L maybe even pushing to XL. I ordered the L shorts, and they arrived with 4 more inches than I need in the waist.. unusable so will have to return
