It is very effective supplement, obvious increase in vitamin D level in 6 months, mine went up to 64. Easy swallow because the taste is mild.

I was excited to receive this item as I needed extra Vitamin D. This product came with the bonus of MCT Oil and Omega 3 which is excellent for the body. I was surprised by the slight fish taste of the oil, but it may be because it is all organic. That being said it packs a ton of health benefits in it. The dropper works well and it's easy to swallow.

I like these drops. There’s no flavor at all, which actually makes them easy to add to drinks without changing the taste. The blend of D3, K2, MCT oil, and Omega‑3 is convenient, and the liquid form makes it simple to take every day.

Taste is unpleasant even when added to a vehicle. Yuck!

I was actually Vitamin D deficient before starting this supplement, and after consistently taking it, my levels are now back within normal range. I took this vitamin D for one month and then took one month off. The numbers speak for themselves – went up and then when I stopped, came down a little bit the taste is earthy, but the dropper makes it easy to take down and move on with the day.

I don't know how much it helped as i had not tested my vitamin D3 level. However, my mood swings started stabilizing and I feel energetic..maybe because of the regained vitamin D3 level. Although, i wish they come up with 10000 IU instead.
