These are nice - Better than the original
I use these with my Shure IEM for stage use. They work a bit better than the original foam pieces that came with the IEMs. They fit my ears better. I don't play in loud band so it works well for that. If you play in a loud band you may need the foam type, those work more like an ear plug.

Every ear is different!
My ears generally need slightly larger earbuds, and these work well for me (using the large size). Because of their length (long!) they feel more like earplugs, and combined with the triple flange these do a great job of reducing noise. The entry hole (where it attaches to the earbud) is quite small but I managed to stretch it over my earbuds without too much trouble. Plus it's inexpensive; if you are looking for something with better noise-cancelling performance, it's well worth the risk. If you end up wanting something less intrusive, the same company sells "8 Pairs Powerbeats Pro Ear Tips Buds" that includes a double-flange insert that I have used in the past as well. It takes up less space in your ear, and still does a lot to cancel noise.

They seal out external sound beautifully.
A sound engineer recommended these for noise cancelling, and he was right. I have large diameter opening in my ears, and even the large Shure foam pads wouldn't seal. These go deep and seal perfectly. I'm a bassist, and it's exactly what I needed. They may be a little tough to get them into the sweet spot for external noise cancellation, but worth the effort.

Using mine with Earmor M20Ts
Used these at the gun range with my Earmor M20T for my PA-235 gun range Qualifications. No issues very comfortable. In conjunction with the M20T's I'd compare these tip with the 18dB NRR rated ones that came with the Earmor kit. These are smaller and just fit my ears (and seal most excellently).

Terrible fit
The worst in-ear fit I have ever encountered. Large size was too long, both sizes were much too narrow.

Fits the Shure SE215 Perfectly and comfortalbe in ear
Comfortable in my ear, blocks the outside noise pretty well, and different sizes to choose from the get the perfect fit in your ear.
