Good value for$$ - Customer Support is great
Edit 03/16/2023: Their customer support and assistance is by far the best I have experienced! After a few more emails about the previous replacement unit they had shipped (see original review below), their support representative went way above anything I had expected and replaced the entire unit. The replacement is brand-new and works the way it should, quiet and smooth. Here's a company that really stand behind their product and is willing to work with a customer to make things right if given the chance. I certainly would purchase from them again.----------------------------------------------------Original review:Purchased this stand to get some exercise while the winter weather is too ugly to go outside. Never owned one before so I went for the less expensive unit. Works fine, easy set-up, easy to use, nothing fancy.Problem came up about 2 to 3 months (approx 400 miles) later. Thing got really noisy, not just the expected tire noise. It started whining with a really noisy rumble that turned into loud scream as things got worse. Cranking the pedals by hand to observe, I also noticed the resistance wheel was wobbly and just screaming along even at low RPM. Not cool after 3 months of use. So, very disappointed there.Contacted the seller by email and was very surprised to actually hear back from them within 24 hrs! A couple of emails back and forth to give them details they wanted and they sent out a replacement. Surprised again. Opened the box and noticed the unit had some wear marks on the aluminum roller. Hm. Used unit.Swapped out the old screamer with the replacement unit and it was quiet. Nice. I figured I let them know I wasn't too happy about getting a used one and the customer service rep got back within 24 hrs again and we figured things out. Let's see how long this one lasts. My opinion: The stand is ok for the price, nothing fancy, pretty basic. Quality is lacking, considering the resistance wheel (most likely bearings) died after 400 miles in less than 3 months. So, not too thrilled about the quality. Maybe 2 stars for that.Customer support: Now that's a very pleasant surprise and not what one would expect from any company. Not only a response within 24 hrs but actually making an effort to make things right. For that I would rate 5 stars. All in all - 4 stars, mainly because of their customer support.Would I buy another one from them if I were to look for another stand? No, not that particular model. But I would consider another model from them just for the customer support.

Super Easy Setup
Great trainer for my old school GT frame with 26" tires/wheels, which doesn't in any way scratch or otherwise molest the bike. Yet it holds the frame with me on it and spinning with cadence and some pretty decent watts firmly, with no sense of instability.Meanwhile, what was truly surprising is how quickly and easily it adjusts to the bike. So the design, build quality and ease of use is truly top notch for this style of trainer. Other pluses are, no assembly, great range in adjustable resistance, and the convenience of a quick on and off bar mounted resistance adjuster. And to this point, I can't think of a single negative. Well done, top to bottom and I recommend it without hesitation.

No problem with this unit
It works as advertised. This was a replacement for one I bought at a bicycle shop. The old one wore out from normal use. The only feature I did not get was a release pedal, that will separate the tire from the roller between uses. I liked that feature and assumed this came on all trainer stands. So once you setup the bike and adjust the tension, that is it until next spring when you take the bike outside again. I did however like the setting knob you attach to the handle bar. Much easier to use than the previous stand I had. Also it holds it's position very well. On the old trainer when I bumped the changer it would accidentally shift on me. I've seen comments on noise listed. I use one tire when it is mounted. Have used it for years. It is worn bald and smooth from use. This gives me a very quiet ride. The back wheel mount was easier to use than my previous. My old one rusted from salty sweat corroding it, which resulted in buying this new trainer. I don't think I will have that same problem here. I did find that the opposite side from the clamp had to be screwed significantly out to lock the bike in place. I almost felt I went too far. After setting up the bike this adjustment should be checked after the first five to ten uses as it may loosen if not properly tightened. So the missing star on this rating is only because it did not have a release pedal on the roller tension. Other than that, I have now used it for maybe 50 hours (six hours per week) and it works great.

Exactly as advertised
This is an excellent product. It was fairly easy to put together and it fit my racing bike well. Other purchasers have complained about the noise, I have smooth tires and so the noise is really not bad.The construction is solid, it weighs about 25 to 30 pounds so it is sturdy. I bought this to do Tabata training and it works really well. I’m very happy with this product!
