Pandora Moments Women's Sterling Silver Necklace, 50cm, With Gift Box

The item is as expected a lovely Pandora necklace. Twice I ordered it expecting a 50cm length and twice it has been a 45cm length. Absolutely furious as even left a note to measure it before sending. At the end of the day they are advertising a 50cm necklace which measures 45cm. Not good enough.

This is not a genuine pandora neclace. I bought this as a birthday gift and very disappointed

I bought this necklace for my daughter as a birthday present a few weeks ago. My daughter was very happy with this, however it became apparent that the clip/lock is faulty and opens when being worn. I have tried to contact the seller via the chat function provided by Amazon on numerous occasions, with no reply at all. I was looking for a replacement rather than a refund as the price has now risen. I will now be requesting a refund and avoiding this seller in future.
