I bought this lamp previously and have lost the remote. How do I go about purchasing a new remote? Thanks!

Currently, we don't sell separate remotes. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Is this lamp dimmable with an external dimmer switch that is configured for led lights (the leviton 2nd generation plug-in dimmer switch)?

No, it will not work with an external dimmer switch.

How do you get the remote to actually work? Mine is doing nothing.

Maybe the battery is bad. I just used the button top right to turn on and the top left to turn off.
