Very Comfortable Pillow with Several Height Adjustments - Much Less Neck Soreness and Jaw Pain
I'm a rotating sleeper. I alternate between sleeping on my back, stomach, and both sides. I've tried a dozed or so pillows over the last 2 years. This is the most comfortable among them. By far. The Good: Very comfortable - The firmness is just right. It's a bit on the soft side, yet somehow the pillow still supports your head and neck well. Your head gets cradled in the middle when you sleep on your back. There's less padding there so your head sinks in perfectly. You also feel less pressure on your jaw when side- or back-sleeping. The dip in the middle takes a lot of the pressure off the area around your masseter (where the upper and lower jaws meet). Pain relief - The pillow supports your neck well when back- or side-sleeping. It doesn't put as much pressure on your jaw as most of the other pillows designed for side-sleeping. Believe me, I've tried quite a few of them. I've been using this pillow a little over 5 weeks now. My neck feels less sore than ever, and I don't wake up with headaches anymore. Also, my jaw used to hurt in the morning after sleeping on my side or my stomach. That pain is mostly gone now. My jaw still occasionally hurts slightly after stomach sleeping... but not nearly as severely as it used to. Note: I'm not a doctor, nor am I giving medical advice. I'm just saying I haven't woken up with a sore neck or a headache (both were problems for me before) since I began sleeping on this pillow. My jaw feels much better as well. Durability - Very well-made. This thing looks like it's going to last a long time. I've washed the case that comes with it once a week or so. No issues so far, and I don't see any arising in the future. Other things to note - You have four height options with this pillow. You have the two sides, one higher and one lower, plus you can take out a pad in the middle to make both sides lower. I use the lowest setting for back and stomach-sleeping. I use the highest for side-sleeping. You might use different height settings, but I like the fact that it can be adjusted. That's the only issue I could see someone having with this pillow: the height isn't right for you. To be fair, you could have that issue with any pillow. Having said that, I think at least one of the four heights would be right for most people. My 5'2, 115(ish) pound mother tried the pillow. She found it very comfortable (although she only tried the pillow for a few minutes to sample it). I'm a big guy. Most people will be between my mother and I in both height and weight. If it's a good fit for both of us, it's probably a good fit for you too. Overall verdict: I'm sleeping better and waking up with less pain/soreness. That's the highest endorsement I can give this thing. Also, it's very well-made and looks like it will last a long time - both the pillow and the case that comes with it.

I've Used This Brilliant Pillow For Almost Two Years Now. BUY IT.
I'm usually a side sleeper who needs to toss and turn a little throughout the night. My flat and saggy pillow frequently left me stiff and sore in the morning, which tanked my mood throughout the day. Occasionally I'd wake up with an outright crook in my neck that took DAYS to vanish. I was at the end of my rope. After days of searching, I landed on this pillow because it not only promised neck support, but a neat design to support different sleeping positions, too. Honestly, I was skeptical because I usually see complex pillows like this for two or three times the price. I said screw it, took the plunge, and...I'm thrilled to say this pillow not only works, it's a LIFE-CHANGER. I can't believe how much better my sleep is for just $45. I don't wake up with crooks in my neck anymore. Stiffness and soreness has been seriously reduced. I can sleep on my side, then shift to my back, then do that little ballerina half-on-stomach twist and I'm ALWAYS comfortable. My neck and spine are always stretched out and aligned so I'm not scrunching up and waking up stiff. It's been almost two years now and the pillow hasn't lost an ounce of its firm, yet cozy support. I wake up feeling like happy jello. The pillowcase is also easy to clean and air dries pretty quickly (within two or three hours). No odor, doesn't retain much heat, it's just brilliant all-around. JUST REMEMBER: you need a little time to get used it! The instructions recommend two weeks on average -- it took me about a week to adjust and I'm never going back to soggy, saggy pillows ever again. Literally the only downside I can think of is the limited selection of colors, but I could care less when I feel this good.

Stopped my neck pain
This was my first ergonomic pillow. It took awhile to get used to it, but it sure did help my chronic neck pain. I wake up pain free now, and that’s been a game changer for me. The temperature has been neutral. I tend to sleep hot, but this pillow doesn’t feel warm or cool to me. Downsides: It’s the queen size pillow but the “wings” really don’t have enough surface area to comfortably lay my head while on my side. It gives the feeling of potentially falling off a cliff, keeping the neck tense. I’m 5’8” with a normal sized head. Luckily the middle of the pillow is deep enough to support my neck and head while sleeping on my back. The wings provide enough support to my head in the back position and don’t impede anything when on my side. The outer edges of the pillow supposedly allow an area to rest your hand while on your side, but it’s not big enough. There was a bit of an odor but after letting it off gas for a couple days, I added a regular pillowcase which masked any odor. Overall all though, I’m grateful to wake up without neck pain. This is a good starter ergonomic pillow.

Best Pillow Ever
I’ve bought multiple pillows trying to find a comfortable one that I can actually sleep on. When this pillow arrived I was skeptical because of the super low height & heaviness. I’ve had it over a month now & I love it!!!! I’ve slept better than I have in years. I can sleep on my side & even on my back (which I normally don’t do). I get a great night deep sleep now! Now I awaken in the morning without any neck or back issues. It’s a great pain reliever. I’ve washed & dried the pillowcase & realized I put it back on upside down, …..so I had to put it back on correctly. I found the foam inserts of the pillow a little difficult to get back into their correct position, when putting the pillow case back on, but eventually I got the bumps out and back into their correct position. The middle snaps weren’t all that easy to snap back together either. Because of the indentation from the snaps my husband asked if that was where stomach sleepers put their noses in. LOL. Because of the difficulty putting the pillowcase back on, I decided to put a small satin pillow case over the original case. Now I do not have to deal with removing & repositioning the original pillow case. The satin pillowcase has worked well & I can wash it as much as I need to. This is the investment I’ve made in a long time!

Helps with neck pain
I have a pillow ‘museum’. I have tried down, memory foam, bamboo, shredded foam, cooling pillows, etc. As a side sleeper I have found it impossible to find a pillow which provides support while remaining comfortably. Finally I slept with an arm above my head and a really soft pillow bunched in between my arm, head, and neck. I found that I would wake 2-3 times/night to reposition the pillow for whatever comfort that provided. As I got older my arm began to ache during the night and I would wake with a sore shoulder. As I once again searched the internet for a new solution I found Osteo Cervical Pillow for Neck Pain Relief, Hollow Design Odorless Memory Foam Pillow and decided to try it. The pillow took a while for me to become accustomed to but that was expected per the enclosed information. I now find that I can sleep through the night without waking to reposition anything and my neck pain has decreased (as well as my arm/shoulder pain). I have tried to raise the height of the pillow as it feels about 3/4 inch too low. That may not sound like much but it’s just a little too low for me to rate this as a 5.

Great support!
I have tried MANY pillows - some felt good at first, but after a few nights I experienced the same stiffness and/or headache. I skeptically ordered this one, and expected similar results. It was difficult for me to get used to it, sometimes switching back to my “old pillow” in the middle of the night. But after about a week I was sleeping on it 100% and not having any stiffness, headaches or ANY discomfort. About a month later, my husband began having problems with an ongoing neck issue. He slept on this pillow one night and said “Order one for me, please”! I was miserable that night without my Oesteo pillow, so I didn’t offer for him to use mine again while waiting for his to arrive! We both highly recommend this pillow!

Wow! I can finally sleep!
I waited awhile to write this review, as I wanted to see if this pillow actually worked. Well, I have had it almost a month, and I can tell you that it is a wonderful pillow! It looks odd, but it supports my head and neck very well. I used to jam multiple pillows under my neck, but it never seemed to work, and I just couldn't sleep well. Now, I sleep deeply and without pain. I am never someone who takes a pillow with me to hotels, but a couple of nights ago, I took this with me, just to ensure I could sleep! Please note, I am a bigger woman, so I use a very flat, kind of stiff pillow under this one, which makes it the right height for me. I also use a pillowcase, and standard one fits fine. Eight months later: It still works! I love this pillow, and it goes every where I go. Love it!

Good for yoga support, back and side sleeping
I have bought several neck support pillows in the past and they always push my neck up too high and are very uncomfortable so I have to return or donate them. I tried this pillow due to the removable pad which allows you to reduce the thickness of the cervical depression. I found that when I slept flat on my back or side, the support was very good; however I need to use a wedge pillow to keep my head elevated and could not find a position where the cervical pillow worked on top of the wedge so I went to a 100% down pillow for sleeping. If you do not need a wedge pillow to prop you up, you should definitely try this pillow, the adjustable thickness makes a huge difference in comfort and the side bolsters work well for side sleeping. Despite not working well for my particular sleep needs, I found this pillow was excellent for supporting my neck while doing floor based yoga and also abdominal exercises. I do a 10 min ab workout almost daily and often find that my neck aches slightly. With this pillow supporting my neck, I can now do lying leg raises, scissors, reverse crunch roll ups and the like for what feels like all day with no neck discomfort, so overall I am happy with this purchase..
