UPDATE: It's 10/9 and the mat is still in perfect condition and is still being used almost everyday, couldn't be happier. ORIGINAL REVIEW: TLDR: Buy it, it's a high quality product that works great as a gym mat Long story: I was looking for a comfortable gym mat so that I can do my stretches, Pilates and work outs on. I have mild/moderate arthritis so I needed something that allowed me to do certain moves without hurting my knees (also tailbone) from lack of cushion. This mat is fantastic and has enough cushion to not hurt me. I'm not a slim person but this does not give way in the cushion and it's the perfect size for my husband and I to stretch and do some workouts at the same time. Some of the reviews said theirs came punctured, threads were broken/created holes in the seams with use, or were dirty/previously used. When I got my package, I checked the mat for any of these potential issues and it was perfect. The seams were fine, no holes, it was brand new and clean, and no punctures. Two people use it everyday for almost 2 weeks and it still has no issues or even potential issues. Still looks brand new and strong. However, I will say that we do not drop any weights on it, we put those on the floor and we do not use shoes on it either (most of my exercises don't require shoes anyways). But the product looks to be high quality and durable. It fits my needs perfectly and I love the size. It costs quite a bit ($90 at the time of this review), but it's worth the price in my opinion and to be honest, it's even better than the public large mats at my LA Fitness. I prefer this one much more. It came with a 2 year warranty card/page, so that looks like a good sign as well and easily folds up and out of the way. Having it around and that fact that I can do many workouts on it comfortably, motivates me to continue working out during this pandemic. I highly recommend this mat.

I ordered three of these mats for my son and his friends’ weekly jujutsu sessions in our living room, and they’ve been fantastic! We’ve had two practices so far, including some tumbling, and the kids absolutely love them. The mats provide great cushioning, and I love that they connect securely to each other so they stay in place during practice. When we’re finished, they fold up easily, making storage quick and convenient. The quality exceeded my expectations, and they’ve turned our living room into the perfect practice space. I highly recommend these mats for martial arts, tumbling, gymnastics, or just active kids who need a safe place to play!

My daughter has been using this since last December basically on a daily basis and it's still in one piece nothing has come unstitched nothing has torn so overall this was a great buy and I would highly recommend it

Thankful for this mat because my little one is flipping everywhere and it is super durable and comfortable and big enough to catch her when she falls! Its easy to clean and folds up into a 1/4 of the size for good storage options when you do not want it in the middle of your living room like mine is!

I have not yet had a full on sparring session on this mat (Jiu Jitsu) but I did some shrimping and warm up stuff without my GI and it seems like it's made well. I bought 2 of these mats to use together for Jiu Jitsu. I intended to use 2 of these mats to put together, creating an 8' x 10' space for technique practice with my brother and a friend. I didn't expect the mats to actually feel this good. As I said, I haven't used them to have an actual roll yet but they feel almost like the mats that are used in the gym that I use to train. Both of these mats laid out on the floor in my living room seem to be enough space for 2 people to roll (not 2 pairs of people). I'm impressed with the quality of the foam. It is firm enough to keep from sinking (even when standing on the mat on 1 foot as a 160 lb person) and feeling the floor, yet soft enough that it doesn't hurt the bony prominence's of my body like my knees, elbows, and shoulder blades. The velcro that is used holds tight when using more than 1 of the mats put together. I have carpet under these mats and the side of the mat that doesn't have another mat attached, has velcro that is in contact with the floor underneath and holds the mats in place. Not sure how these mats would be in hardwood. The mats fold up quite nicely and when folded, they have handles to carry which is nice if your are going to be setting them up tucking them away whenever you want to use them. Great product IMO. If taken care of and not abused, I would think these would last years.

This has been great for my very active granddaughter. I was always afraid of her getting hurt doing her gymnastics on our hard floors. Now I don’t have to worry as this mat is the perfect size and thickness to cushion her falls.

Daughter absolutely lives her mat! Uses it daily fits well in our living room area easy fold up and storage wipes up good if anything spills etc.

Brilliant mat. Bought at Christmas 2025 for my son to practice his Brazilian jiu-jitsu between training days and he loves it. Purchased a second mat to give him double the area to train on (velcro edges for this). The mat is super lightweight so easy for me to fold and carry when he fancies training in the garden etc but it's dense enough that take downs are a safe, comfortable land (tried and tested when he shows me his moves 😂). Overall brilliant - I highly recommend 😊 thank you
