These work so well. I kept testing as being deficient in Vitamin D and had been taking other supplements for months without relief. After doing some research I found that I needed to be taking much higher doses along with some type of healthy fat like avocado or a high fat meal. Within 2 weeks I finally could tell I was starting to feel better. 6 weeks in I feel almost normal again. I just wish one of my doctors would have explained how serious a vitamin D deficiency can be as my symptoms have led to thousands of dollars in medical tests eliminating autoimmune issues.

I like these. Good for you too. Good for your skin, your heart, your bones, even your brain. I take these instead of D3. I don't have a problem with taking pills, so for me, these are a smallish capsule.
