This is my favorite electrolyte drink. I have been drinking this since I was pregnant and now that I am breast-feeding i’m still drinking it. I don’t mix the full packet in my bottle of water, I only pour half of the packet. It’s definitely better than drinking plain water. I love that it has organic ingredients and that it’s non-GMO. I know it’s a little pricey, but it’s definitely worth the money. When you mix it in your water, it dissolves completely. The flavor reminds me of one of those blue icee slushies.

I’ve used this for about a month now. My third baby is currently 6 months at the time of this review. Typically, my supply starts dropping some around the 5 month mark and I have to take something to help keep it up from here on out. 1. I love that this powder mixes so easily. Some powders are hard to dissolve, this one is not. 2. It works wonderfully for me. I’ve tried other things before like smoothies, protein mixes targeted towards breast milk, and all usually give me an abundant supply that doesn’t last. This right here gives me the little boost that I need that lasts and helps keep me hydrated. I only drink one packet a day. I’m sure if you need a lot more milk you could drink more, but just read the instructions. 3. Flavor - it doesn’t have the best flavor in my opinion, but it does taste decent. I mix a little bit of another flavor (Skittles packets are my fave) in with it and it’s pretty yummy. 4. Price - I think the price is actually pretty decent. I do try to drink one once a day, but it’s usually every other day or when I’m feeling a little dehydrated. The bag has lasted me for over a month. Compared to others, it’s not too bad. All in all, definitely recommend.

It taste good. In my opinion I had to water it down as it is a bit strong. But this definitely helped with hydration. I didn’t see much as an increase to my milk supply, but it’s made with coconut water which is good while breastfeeding.

The individual packets are convenient to throw into a purse, diaper bag, or gym bag, making it easy to stay hydrated wherever you are. The powder dissolved quickly with very little stirring, and I didn't notice any chalky texture. I also appreciated that the flavor wasn't overpowering or excessively sweet, which is something I often find with electrolyte drinks. It was refreshing enough that I actually looked forward to drinking it. Whether you're looking for an electrolyte drink during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or simply want another hydration option, this is an easy product to keep on hand.

I started drinking this after I had my second child and was breastfeeding. I was hoping to simply increase my hydration, but it did so much more! With the extra electrolytes, I have had fewer headaches, and I’ve even stopped taking my blood pressure medication! I’m not kidding! I haven’t needed it! It also doesn’t negatively affect milk supply or cause digestive issues in my baby via breast milk. The product is a tad on the pricey side, but it’s worth it given all the benefits I’ve experienced.

I've only tried the blue raspberry and I love the flavor. I also questioned whether or not this was actually boosting my milk supply. I'm 4 months post partum and I stopped drinking them for 2/3 days recently and I noticed a huge difference in my supply. I enjoy drinking my water with these packets not only for my milk supply though, but also because they give me energy and promote better hydration because I love the flavor. They've even been giving me more energy to start a workout routine! Strongly recommend this brand to others! FYI- I mix an entire packet in my 40oz tumbler daily and that seems to be the perfect amount of water for the packet size. I mixed it in my 30oz tumbler once and the flavor was definitely a lot stronger with less water and I didn't enjoy it as much.

I am a little over 5 weeks pregnant. I have IBS and struggle to stay hydrated. I thought I would give this a try. I have not hit the nausea stage quite yet, so I can’t speak for how effective it is. However, just one packet I was able to drink pretty quickly and enjoy the taste. It’s not too sweet. I put it in my swig and shook really well and it completely dissolved with no issue. As a teacher being able to grab the packets and go is super helpful. I’ll be able to keep some in my desk at work and hopefully stay more hydrated while I’m chasing kiddos around the classroom. It’s not too expensive, so I recommend giving it a try to see if it’s for you! I’m giving 4 stars because I haven’t tried enough to see how effective the other benefits are for nausea and lactation.
