Beautiful and flattering even when it was a little too big in the waist I ordered in 3 colors kept the black returning this and another for a medium (smaller size)

I’m a little shocked because I’ve ordered these skirts from SHEIN in different colors and the quality is way better than this. The color is super bright, almost neon pink and it feels like plastic almost costume like material. Just awful don’t do it.
