I've been on thyroid meds (Synthroid) for 25+ years. The past 6 months, my fingernails have been soft, brittle, splitting, and chipping. I was starting to lose hair, which is usual this time of year, but not to this extent. I got bloodwork (T-3, T-4, and TSH) three weeks ago. I haven't noticed any weight loss or appetite control, but I'm feeling better than I have in 6 months. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone who is worried about their thyroid. Previously used another brand for a couple years until the price jumped too much. Found this brand and decided to give it a try based on ingredients and value. I tried not taking any thyroid support supplements and noticed my skin and fingernails getting dry. Can't say much about energy levels because I started this brand during garden season so I was doing more anyway. No impact on weight, that is not why I use this supplement. There is no taste or digestive issues but I will say the capsules are a little larger so anyone who struggles swallowing capsules may find these challenging. I haven't noted any side effects or aftertaste, haven't noticed any change in focus or energy level but I take several supplements that fill those needs. What I have noticed is my nails are healthier and my skin is not as dry.

I have had hypothyroidism for years. I have continued to order supplement as it has kept my thyroid (TSH) levels normal for years.

I tried this instead of another brand and it is not as good. I will be switching back.

I have only been taking for around 15 days but I am praying it will definitely help since I discontinued my thyroid medication but I don’t recommend anyone just stopping their prescription. I am just trying to go more natural to see if it will help me.🙏 I feel I am sleeping better and have a little more energy. No problem swallowing. It is a large capsule but easy to swallow. Hoping to see some weight loss since with the prescription I feel like it really caused weight gain and hair loss. Trying to reverse those now with this supplement.

Stopped taking levo, started taking this, im a month in and feel great, the real verdict will be reached in a couple more months after I've had my bloodworks done
