A must for hidden winches
Have a low profile winch number so it’s tucked beneath. It works awesome so far

More than 5 stars
I had a problem shortly after my Amazon return window had closed. Contacted Warn customer service and they sent out a replacement as soon as they could. Great Product, Great Company!!

Fails to pair after a few uses.
Update, Warn contacted me and is sending a new receiver at no charge. They DO stand behind product!Don’t waste your money!I have purchased 2 of these. Work great first few times then will not pair. Talked to support. No help. Receiver light is supposed to go off when pair but it flashes and then goes off. No pairing. DO NOT BUY !

Outstanding Winch Accessory
Got this remote for my Warn 9.5cti-s. All product ads say it works on all five wire Warn winches. That confused me as the 9.5cti-s has a wired controller connection that has 7 pins. I checked with Warn customer service before ordering and they advised it would work fine on my winch - and they were right! The wireless receiver is just slightly larger than a golf ball and plugs right into the wired controller contact plug. Theoretically you could just leave it plugged in there if your winch is covered up but there are no connection pins or locks to secure it in place and it would be a shame to have it vibrate out and bounce away. The hand held wireless transmitter is much smaller than the pictures might suggest. It easily fits in the palm of your hand, and in your jeans pocket yet the buttons are big enough to operate with gloves. The connection, pairing (only if replacing the wireless remote), and operation is very easy. I haven't exceeded the range of the remote yet so I see it as adequate for most winching scenarios - and it's a heck of a lot longer than the wired remote!. Not having to run a wired controller from the front bumper, over the hood and into the driver's window is a huge convenience. The little holster that is included for the wireless remote (transmitter) is designed to prevent accidental contact with the buttons when not in use - although incidental contact won't do anything until the remote is turned on by pressing both buttons concurrently for 3 seconds. The holster comes with a multi-position "pipe clamp' like back that is too small to mount on the roll cage bars. Frankly, I can't find anything inside the vehicle that is the right size. The only drawback is that it's not obvious where they intended the holster to be mounted... The 9.5cti monitors the winch temp and provides the user feedback on overheating with lights on the wired controller. This feature is not supported on the wireless remote - but I've never used the winch long and hard enough to get the over temp lights to illuminate.Overall this is a great add on to a winch and the cost to value equation results in a positive number in my books!

Super simple to setup
I can't speak to durability yet but I can say it was super easy to setup on my Zeon 10. For my winch you just plug it in and hold down the in/out buttons on the remote for a few seconds until the light turns steady green. Then it's paired... That's it! I have my Zeon 10 mounted on a portable mount so I can move it from my trailer, which I use to winch 1k-1.5k heavy logs onto, and to my truck anytime as needed. Works great! There is some confusion because there is a ground wire with instructions to install that I think is for older or different winches so it took me a little bit to figure out I didn't need it. Warn could be clearer on this point for sure and that's my only criticsm at this early stage of use. But once I figured that out it was basically plug & play. Plenty of mounting options for the remote that I don't need but nice to have if needed in the future. Right now I just toss the remote and the controller/receiver in the glove box and pull it out as needed. It literally takes only a few seconds to plug in the controller/receiver and pair it with the remote. Worth the money for keeping safely away from pulling heavy wet logs onto my trailer and for all you 4 wheelers out there just awesome to retrieve your vehicle or whatever from difficult situations safely.

Missing Items
Does not come with the cover/holster for the remote or the lanyard. The description says it does. Just wanted to give a heads up as I ordered it twice and both units didn't have either. Still works fine.
