Buttons don't work
"+" button no longer functional, baby and parents extremely upset.

WASTE OF MONEY
The quality is good, however the product as a whole it's a waste of money, as it doesn't fulfil what it advertised. It takes too long to warm water/milk. 15 min full capacity at 98 F and 18 min full capacity at 115 F. Too long for a hungry baby!
