Excellent!!
This works. I take it as I need it and it helps my stomach feel so much better. Very effective for a probiotic pill. No odor. Easy to swallow. I will buy more as long as they are affordable.

As a perimenopausal woman without her gallbladder, I have been concerned about my gut health quite a while. I finally pushed myself to start probiotics when doubling my vitamin b and d supplement weren't getting the job done. I was sluggish and never felt like I was achieving complete elimination. I've been taking this for about 2 months now. I've noticed a huge, positive change to my digestion issues. I have gastroparesis. This has helped significantly with flare ups. The pills are small and easy to digest as well.

Good for overall health
Just started this probiotic/prebiotic. It has a fairly high number of organisms to help your gut health which helps your overall health. Especially important if you have recently used heavy duty antibiotics which can kill the good bacteria along with the bad. The good gut bacteria help with digestion and promote good health.
