This was recommended by our dermatologist and it is great for dry skin and especially for dry skin itch. It is hard to find so we are glad to see it is on Amazon. It is a cross between an ointment and a lotion and is all the difference between comfort and drive-me-nuts itch after a shower.

I have been a devotee of Aquaphilic for nearly 30 years!! I have very delicate skin, dry & sensitive. "Winter skin" starts early for me, and itchy ankles are frequent after shaving my legs. So I use Aquaphilic 365 days a year. Love it! Highly recommend it to family & friends.

GREAT stuff, better than aquaphor because it is less greasy, but moisturizes very well. A little goes a long way, so the price is daunting, but it will also last a long time!! Works to keep eczema at bay, and stops itchy dry skin. I have used this for years!

Great stuff. It is an ointment, and not lotion, so expect it to be a bit thick. Hey, I didn't complain the rubbing is good for my arms and legs, feet and hands. I felt kind of refreshed. Actually, I did a lot of research on the ingredients in this before I bought it for my friend.. It took about maybe 30 or 40 minutes for it to soak in so I would not notice it by touch. I had never heard of this, until I saw it on Amazon, My friend really likes using it on her feet. Then her daughter in law bought me a jar for my Birthday. Everyone was impressed with it. I was very pleased.to get it. Keep in mind that I put in on very generously, so you might want to use it more sparingly. I just worked on the computer for an hour or so, and my arms still felt nice, but no longer like I had soaked them. I was in a bad car wreck a few years ago and both arms were damaged. So, my skin is a bit rough and has little scars. My feet and legs will probably need more time for healing, because they are closer to all the dust we get here. I go in spurts, with lotion, because it is kind of messy. This is not messy, and I do plan to use this regularly; If it helps my poor worn out tootsies, I will buy more. Enough said. I will try to remember to update this after a while, but I can usually tell. I have been washing my face for years with Dial and then after rinsing, using Vaseline on it, and I get a lot of compliments on my skin, which is actually very sensitive, so here we go .......

I am just over the moon at having Aquaphilic. I had this a long time ago. This jar lasted me about 10 years because you don't need much in anti one area. Unfortunately, by the time I needed a new jar, it wasn't in any of my local stores and Amazon wasn't around yet. BEST. STUFF. EVER! Thank you so much!

Very good for dry skin spots. Cheap price for good product.
