The media could not be loaded.  I really did not like this at first , such a small water reservoir, no filtration whatsoever . Yet , low and behold after making countless single cups for the family , this thing grew on me. My husband drinks most of the coffee and he was the one who noticed how much hotter the coffee is compared to our old K Cup Maker and also how much faster this makes the coffee .Both of us like the simplicity of the operation , the different cup sizes let you make your ground or single cup coffee as strong or weak as you like. Negative things about this coffee makers are the aforementioned no filter in the water reservoir and it being so small . I mentioned in the video that i try to use the water from the fridge that is pre-filtered to combat lime scale/ hard water buildup .The ground coffee option works well, just stick to the mark on the insert when filling in your own ground coffee. The blowing out air at the end of each brewing cycle is powerful and ensures that your milky coffee/ cappuccino comes out frothy and I think it also keeps the nozzle clean. This machine also has a very slim footprint , it fits into narrow spaces nicely. Overall its a good single cup coffee maker , makes hot coffee fast and is easy to operate and clean .I am not sure what to say about the value versus quality. I think its a bit pricey, but thats just my humble opinion. If I run into trouble too soon I will update , also will update if the descaling doesn’t work , I hope it will work as written in the manual.

I am very impressed with the size, ease of use and the fact that it comes with both a cup for ground and kup coffee. The taste was surprisingly good. Better than my Kuerig by far. The water came out steaming hot which I loved. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a smaller sized unit.

That it can make pod coffee and brewed coffee with same unit. I thought that was neat. Never had one like this. Nice unit.

This is my second review of this product.I have used this several times now,and the reason for a second review is to restate not all K cups are compatible with this particular product.I used a cafe latte K cup and because it holds powder instead of grounds, it totally backed up the water into the cup holder and spilled out everywhere with half going into the cup I was using. I put it on 12 ounces. Maybe it only is suppose to be a 6-8 ounce cup. I don't know, no instructions for that type.Over all for regular K cups it worked great and reccomend this product.
