Is there an audible click when pushing the button? is there a difference in the sounds from each clicker ? Im a therapist and need to keep data

Yes there is an audible click from both clickers, and no difference between the clickers except they are marked differently. It is heavy duty, the case is all metal, and should give you years of service.

Only one side of mine works?

If you can’t flip it over and count on either counter, yours is defective. Mine works FANTASTIC on either side, I use it A LOT as an official pitch counter for high school baseball. It is an awesome unit with an awesome price! It is extremely heavy duty made of metal. I highly recommend this counter!

Anyone’s duel pitch counter losing its logos? I receive mine today and already missing 90% of the E and parts of other logos on the counter.

That sounds cosmetic, if it bothers you then return it.
