Great question. There are 2 wires only (positive and negative).

Q: What is meant by “Auto Sensing “?

Thank you for your question. When the fan is wired to your RV or Boat, it will function the same whether you have a 12V or 24V connection. The fan will "auto-sense" which voltage you are using and adjust itself accordingly.
