The media could not be loaded. Screen flashes and not stable. After 40 days from purchase of their broken used item Paid $131 plus tax, Amazon offered approx $25 credit for their broken item. Why would any buy an item marked acceptable only to fine it dead shortly after their 30 day return policy?

This was great the first few months working as advertise. After four months of daily use the software/connection would act up. Most if not all the time it disconnects from the phone while in use, sometimes will not switch to horizontal viewing, on youtube it will sometimes not get rid of the selection screen (Video skip back/forward, play buttons), there are times it will not connect at all. Sometimes the touchscreen does not function. All this is using their recommended app and usb connection. For the high price, not worth the money that is having connection issues and limited functions.Update: 06/11/2023Even with the software issues with the original product, the company came through with flying colors. Customer service contacted me within a few days to resolve the issue. We came to an amicable decision and it's taken care of. Thank you for the great communications and excellent customer service.

The media could not be loaded. The touchscreen is not going to be sensitive and quick like navigating on a smartphone.It's bulky and not really sleek.Once you're spoiled by navigating on google maps on a smartphone, it will feel so sluggish and outdated in comparison on this display.Each time, you have to wait for Android Auto to connect, which is annoying in itself too.I wish I could just simply adjust the brightness level while I'm still on Google Maps on the 9" screen; instead, you have to tap and exit out to home screen just to deal with that.To me, I feel it's a bit outdated device, as much as I want Android Auto on a bigger screen.

The airplay does work good. The display is decent and the clarity is good. However, the on board EQ is not good and even after you get it dialed in you'll hear some static on the high notes or drum symbols in the music. There's a noticeable scratchiness to the sound. Also for some reason when the unit powers up it causes interference with you cars regular radio signal. I got frustrated with the sound quality and jumped over to the radio and it pure static. It does the job you're after, the sound quality is just not good. I simple passthrough in the software would fix this I think, but as it stands, you'll be disappointed.

Yes, I did clean the windshield with alcohol. Still, it falls off. I even braced the base so there is very little weight on the device but alas; the device will not stay put. You would think the sticky plug would help but no; it only sticks to carpet fibers. Love the Carpuride screen function but unplugged it and am not happy having to look at the floor to read a map.

wow so this is my first time ever even seeing these and its seriously been one of my best buys ever!!! i am often changing cars but having a nice stereo is a must for me so i was always constantly spending 100s of dollars per car and much time installing them but now with these its as easy as mounting a phone mount!!! highly recommend

Just received mines it took exactly 14 days to arrived. Haven’t had a chance to play with it yet. I have a Nissan Maxima that don’t include CarPlay but I brought it so my baby could watch cartoons on the rides. I gotta find a way to hide the cords.
