Dangerous!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I purchased it once and the glass top broke suddenly. I don't know why. Amazon was generous enough to replace it for me. The second time, out of no where I saw a flame. The machine was off. But it was pluged in. Just because it was pluged in, it started running by itself. It caused the pot to burn and cause the fire. Don't buy it. Very, very dangerous.

It is amazing
I've been using it for a while now, it works just fine, my only complaint that the design of the teapot not allowing you to make it full because the water is flowing out while boiling
