Nice for little pup fans

Book is good for little ones, not too long & fabulous for Paw Patrol & pirate lovers!

This is a fun little story about a paw patrol rescue. I really like how the board book is set up with thick pages, a different border colour per page and nice big lettering with fairly simple language. There is not a lot of text either, it is nicely spaced and really good for little readers.The book is not too long so can easily hold a little ones attention span, all the text is on a blue background which fits with the theme and the bright colourful pages. There are some little graphical touches too such as paw prints or palm trees in the corner of the left side of the book where the text sits. It is nicely designed for little ones.On the right hand side of each page is a nice big and colourful image, this would be brilliant as the images are good and really represent and bring the text to life apart from the fact that they are a bit blurry. The contrast on the imagery seems off, it is almost like it is too bright. I think this is either poor printing or they are screen grabs from the show. The images just are not sharp enough and while little ones might not notice so much im sure some will. It's a real shame and the imagery is a bit of a let down.A nice and fun story, nicely presented let down by big imagery that just is a bit too blurry to get top marks.

Perfect for any paw patrol fan. A fun story to read and children to enjoy with the pups as pirate pups on the beach. The pups are playing on the beach and they get a note and have to rescue their friends who are looking for treasure, they have been sent a map. Heading out, they get stones shot at the blocking the way. Working together they clear the way and rescue their friends Each open page has a page of story and a page of pictures. All the pages throughout are all bright and colourful, which has all been illustrated well. All the words are printed boldly and clearly. No complicated words which children wouldn't understand. The board book is a good size, with hard pages throughout. It looks and feels of excellent quality. A book you could pick up over and over.

The book is made from strong cardboard and each page is cardboard, so this will last a while against younger children and their roughness with books. Unfortunately, the book is bad! I've got A LOT of paw patrol books and we love them, but this doesn't feel authentic. None of the paw patrol dogs have a speaking part, Marshall is pretty much not in the book (which is a crime against humanity!), as such the book is void of any humour, and the story feels unfinished. Surely it should have finished with finishing the treasure hunt, but no, it's like the story forgot about the treasure hunt.

I got this book with the intention of my 3 year old daughter. She likes having books read to her, and short books are a blessing when she asks for them to be re-read multiple times in a row.The book is a hard back book, with solid cardboard pages. These pages are glossy, and full of vibrant and colourful pictures.The most amazing bit…. Whether out of jealousy or curiosity… I don't know. I gave the book to my three year old, and went downstairs to get them a drink. As I returned to their room, my 6 year old daughter was sitting down in a chair, and reading it to their sister as a bedtime story. The 6 year old is a good reader anyway (but never actually wants to). She was having no problems with the language in the book.

Story bookThis storybook is made of thick cardboard, the pages are thick and hard. It is beautifully drawn, with vivid colors and large images. It doesn't have a lot of writing, so the little ones won't get bored until the end. My child is delighted with this book, he is a Paw Patrol fan. He asks us to read it to him every night. This book is perfect for any child who is a Paw Patrol fan! When purchasing the book, the price was £7, which is a bit high. But now with the 43% off the price is £4 which seems ok to me. That's how you find them in stores.

With a Paw Patrol loving toddler in the house, this is a fab book for him. It has a big adventure with all the gang and is fun and exciting. The board book itself is good quality but what frustrates me as a parent, though doesn't bother my little one, is that we've had a few of these now and the pictures aren't clear. The stories seem to be taken from the shows but the clarity of the picture just simply isn't there. As I said, doesn't bother my little one but looses a star for this from me!
