It's benefits, not its taste / scent, is what's important to me and this brand is a good one. The uses for gelatin in the kitchen is seemingly, wonderfully endless with homemade gummies and jello taking the lead. Believe it or not, our family for generations used to eat the cartilage from the chicken / beef bones & crunch the bones themselves to get the same benefits, though in smaller doses. Everyone lived past 100 yrs of age so there must be something in that. Much nicer to simply buy the gelatin / collagen powders and make anything you want. Much nicer.
