Oooowee that's good!
Tangy and tartly sweet, this cranberry extract is perfection. I use it to enhance the flavor in recipes calling for dried cranberries. Cranberries alone can be okay, but adding this extract makes the taste AMAZING. It's great for dessert ices and as an addition to punch. Have a care using this solo in cooking or baking. The cranberry flavor can weaken with heat.

Does not resemble pistachio flavor in any way.
Having bought Native Vanilla brand real vanilla products before, I expected way more from the pistachio extract flavor than what I received. It tastes nothing like pistachio. It's some weird perfumey flavor, nothing at all like pistachio, not in any way. Absolutely going straight into the trash. I can't use this, it's disgusting. Sorry Native Vanilla - your Vanilla products are top-notch, but this is a really big miss. And since I can't return this for a refund, I won't be trying any of your other flavors now either.

Flavor is good, concentration is less than expected.
Flavor is good but I expected it to have a stronger flavor, It seemed that to flavor a cup of coffee should take much less of a other brand. 1 full teaspoon is quite a large amount, for a Standard size cup of coffee. Having an Eye Dropper top would be a huge plus.

Best in the Business
Best strawberry extract on the market, and it's not even close. I tried switching brands to something a little cheaper. I will never make that mistake again.

Intense alcohol taste
Maybe I got a bad batch? I could barely taste hazelnut because the alcohol was overpowering. So if I added more extract to get more hazelnut flavor it just made my coffee taste and smell more of alcohol. I am not an alcoholic so having my morning coffee taste like a cocktail with a barely there hazelnut flavor is not my jam. But like I said, maybe I got a bad batch. I wish I could return it because my money was completely wasted.

Excellent flavor, buy with confidence!
Excellent natural strawberry extract! I use this for a white chocolate strawberry cookie recipe posted on my blog and everyone loves them! Not overpowering or artificial tasting (it's made from real strawberries so it wouldn't be). Just ordered the blueberry extract to try for more recipes and in muffins. This is a game changer for fun baking recipes.
