the black coating is chiped will they still work , they look very old ????

It may for a little while, but when you touch it, it will probably crumble into pieces!  These work, and are cheap enough to buy some spares!
I even re-soldered the new ones in with crimped on blade connectors. That way I won't have to keep re-soldering the circuit board any more.  Just cut the hard wires in 1/2. Solder in one set of halves to the board, and add the female connectors. Then add male, blade connectors to the Thermistor's shortened legs.  connect the new part, and you are in business! 
-OR- Do NOT unsolder the original part. Just cut it off, long enough to add the blade connectors. Then add the part as stated above.  
The Thermistor gets hot, so just make sure, it is not touching anything else, inside the circuit board area.

Will it work to replace AS32 2R025?

The SL32 is a weaker component and will not work where the AS32 was. AS32 can replace SL32, but not the other way around.

mf73t-1 2/18  Is written on my original.  Will these work? Different numbers

No problem. These appear to be the same component from another manufacturer,  Cantherm.  These have the same 2 ohm resistance but are rated 18A continuous instead of the Ametherm 25A current rating.  They will work fine.

Question 4

is it possible to replace a NTC 1ohm with this 2 ohm?

Should be no problem. Will still provide surge current limiting and will open if the current exceeds its rating.
