My husband and I had been on the hunt for a buffet type cabinet for our dining room for the better part of a year. We kept hoping we would find one in a store near us. My sister, while searching for new furniture for her place, sent me the link for this cabinet. I was hesitant to order, worried it might get damaged in transit. However, the product was pretty well protected and was delivered several days ahead of the estimated delivery date. It was shipped in original packaging and was pretty heavy. It was a two person job to move it into our house.All the parts were very clearly labeled with number/letter stickers and I think this was the first furniture kit I'd gotten that had extra hardware bits included. As another person pointed out, there was not enough wood glue included for the wooden dowels, so make sure you have some extra on hand. My husband did the bulk of the building and it took about 3 hours from start to finish. If you have the space, definitely sort out and group the parts if you can. And make sure you have a decent screwdriver, Allen wrench and/or a driver with interchangeable bits on hand - the supplied tools were not adequate and quickly made their way to the trash.It was a little more time consuming to build than we had anticipated, but as long as we took our time with the diagrams, it wasn't difficult to put together. It is very sturdy and wasn't terrible to move once we got it assembled. I had hoped it would be a little wider - I was hoping for a place to store my stand mixer in it's box. That didn't work out, but it does store our liquor bottles nicely. Overall, we're very happy with how it turned out and plan on ordering the coordinating corner cabinet in the future.

Solid piece! While it did take 4.5hours to build, the directions were by far the easiest I have ever used on a project! It’s beautiful. And the draws and sliding doors work smoothly!

I purchased this to use as a coffee bar, but I waited until a price reduction to purchase. I chose this one because of the previous ratings and also because it was Prime eligible, as most are not. It did take almost a whole day to put together but the instructions were clear and all the parts were in the package with extra to spare which is great. All pieces were intact and no damage to any of the pieces. It is a sturdy cabinet, holds a lot and I appreciate the spacious drawers in this unit; we left off the wine bottle insert and wine glass insert but both are very heavy-duty pieces and will use those elsewhere. Very happy with this purchase, it looks great in my dining room and matches my decor!!

The media could not be loaded. I review best I can.1. Took me more than 1/2 the day to assemble. Left my hand and wrist sore from constantly sewing screws.2. Individual parts kindof flimsy, but when it all comes together the cabinet is quite sturdy. It does require a 2 person lift or a dolly3. The instructions for assembly was very busy on the eyes but patience will help you put it together in the end. Just follow the diagrams carefully4. The individual wine or cup section in the lower middle section of the cabinet are too small to hold decent size wine bottles. Maybe it can hold small wine bottles or beer bottles? I'll test it out later.5. Be sure to use coasters if placing glasses of wine on the cabinet. The finish is not water proof. May mess up the wood.6. Pretty decent amount of storage space for what I'm trying to accomplish. I'm already stocking the shelves.7. Adds charm to my dinning area. The color of the cabinet blends nicely with my dinning room table. Very warm and inviting feel.I like it so far. I probably would've paid more for something similar at the local furniture store.

Lots of parts, but quite simple to assemble with just one person. Team lift for some of the assembly process for most would be ideal, but I had no issues as a mildly beefy dude lifting and moving. Instructions were easy to follow. Packaged quite well (most heavy boxed furniture comes damaged at some point), and I had no damaged parts.It looks great in my space, and it's the perfect color for my color schemes.

I ordered this side cabinet and while waiting on delivery i went back and read other reviews . They scared the crap out of me, needless to say. Well mine arrived as everyone said in ALOT of pieces. After taking everything out and inspecting all looked good . All the holes matched up perfectly and was fairly easy to assemble, it took me about 3.5 hrs. It was alot sturdy than I expected after some of the bad reviews, I'm fairly good with assembling items so that helped. If you have a drill with tourge settings to prevent over tightening that helps as a few of the screws were a little difficult to reach so a 5/32 allen bit worked great. Was really impressed after I was done alot of storage and draws were ample for silverware and doors worked great, I usually don't write long reviews but wanted to express that this item was not as bad as described in other reviews . I think it was well worth the money as the one I looked at from the furniture store to natch my table was over a 1000.00 dollars ...very well pleased

Great item easily assembled and sturdy

Fair warning ⛔️ it comes with a million pieces and it takes a while to assemble. I ordered 2 for my dining room and my husband was not happy about building it.... but once he build the first one, it got easier. The end product is BEAUTIFUL. we get compliments on them all the time.
