The capsules are easy to swallow, and have a good coating to prevent you getting a bitter taste. If you do break the coating pre-emptively before you swallow, they do taste a bit bitter on the tongue and not so nice. They are also, vegan, which is commendable, so a good alternative to any other non-vegan supplements of a similar type. Be sure to take them on a full stomach, as on an empty one some discomfort may be experienced.On the topic of NTRL HEALTH CO. I did some research - Turkesterone not being a registered drug by the FDA, it is legal to sell it in whatever volumes/concentrations etc. There is no regulation on what you're buying, so many companies have a choice of what they put within their supplements. This company seems legitimate enough, and taking the supplements for almost a month now, I have not noticed any severe side effects at all.The effectivity of Turkesterone is a whole other topic: people have gone forward and backward over its validity as a fitness supplement. I myself have done research and presented on it (scientifically sourced of course) and, having experimented with it myself; found that it does have some effect. It's not going to make you superman, but I have noticed an increase in muscle densities when on/off it, as well as it helping to maintain physique when lacking regular physical training. As for its aerobic effects, the short answer is: I'm not sure. I rarely felt an increase in any aerobic capacity taking it, but when not taking it for a while, I did feel less aerobically fit (however this could just be a placebo affect or other factors like general varying health at the time).All in all, if you're looking for a docile supplement to maintain your health and boost your strength gains, look no further. This product does it all suitably, although at quite a high price, about 50p per capsule - and if you take the recommended 2 a day, one purchase will only last you a month.

Great, well packaged and easy to take

With suplements generally speaking it’s hard to feel an immediate difference. When it comes to training, most of us take other suplements too and it’s very important that your nutrition and sleep as well as training programme are all suited for your needs and targets.What I’m saying is that there are so many factors that affect your performance and so it makes it exceptionally difficult to judge if there is an effect or not.I haven’t felt any improvement but I can say the first 2 days of taking it I’ve had unusual mood swings. Took few days off of it and then resumed and it’s been fine since.I have been taking it with ashwaganda and my general multi-vitamins.Looking online this combination (Turkesterone and Ashwaghanda) is highly recommended. I guess it’s not been sufficient time.Objectively though, there’s no taste and the capsules are small enough to be easily swallowed by anyone.

I decided to try Ntrl Health Co's Turkesterone as part of a fitness program I have started in a bid to get a bit leaner, add a bit more muscle mass and generally feel healthier and more motivated.I started on a lower dose of 300mg per day, that's 2 capsules and this bottle provided a months supply. If all goes well and I can see a definite benefit I may try the higher 500gm version but wary of possible side effects such as hormonal or mood changes I feel the lower dose is best to start with. The capsules are easy to take with a sip of water and do not leave an unpleasant after taste.I have been taking the Turkesterone capsules for just over 3 weeks so am approaching the end of the months supply. Though changes are subtle I can say that I have got a little leaner and my other half says I am looking more toned though my muscles are certainly not bulging yet. One thing that did occur to me during the second week was how little I was suffering the day after a heavy workout, fewer aches and pains to endure than I expected from previous experience. I have not noticed any unpleasant side effects in the 3 weeks I have been taking the capsules.Overall I am somewhat fitter than I was three weeks ago and feel motivated to continue with my fitness program.Of course, I could be experiencing a placebo effect but I have done fitness programs before and always found them to be a chore - not so much this time so something is working.

There are 60x capsules in the pack, with the recommended dosage of 2x capsule a day with food. The capsules were easy to take with no unpleasant aftertaste.They have been taken for over a week and so far there has been no apparent side-effects to the tablets (although this can vary from person to person). There has not been much improvement in strength and muscle gain to date, however the supplement will probably need longer to show any results.The supplements are at a higher price point (at time of review £19.75) and taking two per day equates to one month’s supply.

These are an easy to swallow, standard sized, tasteless capsule.I've been taking them for about 3 weeks with no obvious side effects or negative effects generally but I can't in all honestly say they have had any significant beneficial effects either.At around £20 for 2 months supply they are reasonable value if they work for you.
